    My self- reflection on my growth in self- awareness is after reviewing myself practice the SOLAR skills necessary for therapeutic rapport, I had strengths and weaknesses with these baseline skills. I have seen the most growth in my SOLAR and active listening skills is the empathetic communication, responding appropriately to what the client is saying, either verbally or non- verbally for client growth. I have grown to have more of an organic flow and balance between myself as a clinician and my clients.

    My self- reflection on my growth in social and cultural diversity is how I continually manage my personal bias of Westernized individualism as a value. There are several journals that I continue to utilize to understand diverse experiences of those clients with different cultural and social backgrounds then myself as a clinician.

    My self- reflection on my growth in acceptance is being aware of the variety of marginalized groups of people who benefit from career counseling methods. This provides equal opportunity and resources to ensure fairness of career through specific interventions that address and accept the uniqueness of one's cultural experience.

    My self- reflection on my growth in empathy as a clinician is to utilize a person- centered approach to take the client's perspective of what they are experiencing without judgement. This value is important for therapeutic rapport, the overall progression of treatment goals, and effectiveness of therapy.

    My self- reflection on my growth in the area of genuineness has blossomed. I've come to recognize a balance between being a clinician and being my authentic self. To benefit the client by omitting my own biases, but keeping my passion and personality within the therapeutic relationship has fostered the rapport build in a tremendous way.

    My self- reflection on my self- growth in the area of flexibility has grown, especially in the use of technology resources for the benefit of client welfare. Especially providing different uses to psychological testing and a method to track scores through an online database in an easy way.

    My self- reflection on my growth in the area of patience includes the understanding of an increased need for patience, especially in group work, due to the inclusion of individualized participants having different comfort zones and skills. When facilitating a group a clinician must hold patience for members to work together or provide the essential amount of therapeutic space for processing of  thoughts.

    My self- reflection about my growth in the area of amiability has included the importance of a clinician's warmness and being approachable within the therapeutic relationship. These elements are essential for building an efficient rapport for the benefit of client's treatment. Through the skill of amiability a client can feel comfortable disclosing their reporting symptoms for the construction of an accurate case concpetualizing and assessment for the most effective treatment.

    My self- reflection about my growth in the area of professional development is the importance about continuous education within the profession, as clinical interventions develop to be more effective or less effective for the client's welfare. The most important source of information to gather effectiveness is through understanding the research within the counseling field and continue to be most competent in my role as a clinician.
